Gari eto is a Ghanaian local food which is mostly eaten when there is a shortage of foods in the house or some people eat it when they feel the urge to eat it. Gari eto is basically made of ;
Gari
Palm oil

Water

Method for making Gari Eto:
1. Use your hands to splash water on half cup of the gari to be moist. Use your hand or spoon to stir it. Don't had too much water to it. We still want it to be like gravels.

2. Grind or blend the pepper, onion, salt and the roasted momoni. ( You can exclude the momoni if you don't have it.)

3. Fry slice onion and momoni inside the palm oil.

4. Mix the moist gari with the blended mixture (pepper, onion, salt, roasted momoni).

5. Add the heated palm oil with the fried onions & momoni on the mixed gari .
