How to make sugar bread at home easy

 Some commercial sugar bread are stretchy and chewy. Softness is their attitude . But the unfortunate part is, chemicals are used to make it soft, stretchy and chewy in large quantity for commercial purposes and these chemicals may have implications on your health. So l have done research on how to make sugar bread without extra artificial chemicals. To start your  homemade sugar bread, your needed ingredients are:
1.Flour - 400 g
2. Butter- 2tsp
3.Yeast - 2tsp
4.Salt- ¼
5.Orange juice - 3tsp
6.Nutmeg - ½ tsp
Warm water ( use common sense)
7.Sugar - 5 tsp
8.vanila extract
Method 1
Put the yeast into have glass of warm water with little sugar and whisk it. Put it aside for 5-10 minutes.
Method 2
Put the flour, butter, salt, sugar and the nutmeg into a small basin bowl and mix altogether with your available tools, hand or mixer.
Method 3
Add the orange juice to the flour mixture and mix it. Add the vanilla extract, Followed by the yeast dissolved in the warm water. Add little warm water if necessary.
Method 4
Knead your dough for about 5 -10 minutes.
Method 5
Put the dough into a bowl and cover it. Use brush to spread some little oil into the bowl before putting the dough into it to avoid being sticky. Leave it for about 1 hour in a warm place till it doubles in size.
Method 6
Remove the dough from the bowl after it has doubled in size. Knead it again for about 3 minutes. Use roller to spread the dough and fold it put it into the aluminium baking bowl. Spread some little oil into the aluminium baking bowl before you put the dough into it. Cover it for another one hour for it to proof again.
Method 7
Pre -heat  the oven at 180 °. Put the dough into the oven and lower the temperature to 160°. Your Ghana / Nigeria Agege bread recipe is ready. Enjoy it and have a blessed day with Almighty GOD'S blessings. Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.

How to make Ghana tea bread (kumasi tea bread)

How to prepare or bake Ghana, Kumasi tea bread is very simple and faster. You need no special bread machine or roller. It can be done manually. All you need to make Ghana, Kumasi tea bread is your oven and ingredients.
      The main ingredients for preparing or making Ghanaian tea bread are as follows:

(1) Flour - 350g
(2) yeast - 8 g/ or 1 and half tsp
(3) Margarine - 2 tsp
(4) Sugar - 1 tsp
(5) Salt - 1/3 tsp
6) Milk - warm
7) water - warm.
(8) nutmeg

How to prepare ?

Method 1:
put the flour, margarine, yeast, sugar,nutmeg and the salt into a big bowl.  Use your hand to mix all the ingredients mentioned in method 1.

Method 2:
Add the warm water to the milk. Begin to add the mixed milk and water to the flour mixture slowly with common sense to form the  dough. If too soft add little flour.

Method 3:
After getting your dough, knead it with your hand for 5 minutes (oh hard work but don't worry you will soon get your bread)

Method 4:
Mode it into your desired shapes. Put the modded shapes on the baking tray after spreading some of the flour on the tray. spread or pour flour on the modded bread dough too and cover it in a warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes .

Method 4:
Bake your dough in an oven . Pre heat the oven at 180 °. Reduce the temperature to150 ° when you put or insert the tray with the dough into the oven.

Method 5:
Your tea bread is ready in 30 minutes.
