2. Butter- 2tsp
3.Yeast - 2tsp
4.Salt- ¼
5.Orange juice - 3tsp
6.Nutmeg - ½ tsp
Warm water ( use common sense)
7.Sugar - 5 tsp
8.vanila extract
Put the yeast into have glass of warm water with little sugar and whisk it. Put it aside for 5-10 minutes.
Put the flour, butter, salt, sugar and the nutmeg into a small basin bowl and mix altogether with your available tools, hand or mixer.
Add the orange juice to the flour mixture and mix it. Add the vanilla extract, Followed by the yeast dissolved in the warm water. Add little warm water if necessary.
Knead your dough for about 5 -10 minutes.
Put the dough into a bowl and cover it. Use brush to spread some little oil into the bowl before putting the dough into it to avoid being sticky. Leave it for about 1 hour in a warm place till it doubles in size.
Remove the dough from the bowl after it has doubled in size. Knead it again for about 3 minutes. Use roller to spread the dough and fold it put it into the aluminium baking bowl. Spread some little oil into the aluminium baking bowl before you put the dough into it. Cover it for another one hour for it to proof again.
